PK999 Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Needs to Know

1Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry specific meanings. Understanding them will help you read the rest of this document clearly.

2Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on pk999, accessing the platform, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pk999.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use pk999. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. pk999 will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

3Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and play on pk999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk999 does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register, play or receive funds.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method used to make deposits and receive withdrawals.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or be subject to any restriction that prohibits you from accessing gambling services.
• You must be accessing pk999 as a private individual for personal entertainment only — not on behalf of any business or commercial operation.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration. Providing false information is a serious breach of these terms.

pk999 reserves the right to request identity documents (CNIC, NIC or equivalent) at any time to verify eligibility. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is completed. Accounts confirmed to belong to minors will be closed immediately, and the original deposit returned to the registered payment method.

4Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active pk999 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether in your own name, using a family member's details or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud under these terms.

Accurate Information

You must provide your real name, date of birth, correct mobile number and any other information requested during the registration process. pk999 relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing and communication. Providing false details will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of funds.

Account Currency

All pk999 accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, game balances, winnings and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. There is no currency conversion on pk999 — what you deposit in PKR is what you play with and withdraw.

Duplicate Accounts

If pk999 identifies that a player holds more than one account, the duplicate account will be closed without notice. Any bonuses received on the duplicate account will be voided. If the duplication appears deliberate or was used to claim multiple welcome bonuses, the original account may also be suspended pending investigation.

5Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk999 login credentials. This includes your username, password and any OTP (one-time password) codes sent to your registered mobile number. Do not share these details with anyone — including pk999 support staff, who will never ask for your password.

• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pk999 support immediately via Live Chat or email so that your account can be secured.

Any activity conducted through your pk999 account — whether or not you personally initiated it — is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to pk999 before the activity occurred.

6Deposits

pk999 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit on pk999 is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods. Bank IBFT and card deposits carry a minimum of Rs 500. Maximum single deposits vary by method — refer to the Deposit and Withdrawal page for current limits. pk999 charges zero fees on all deposits.

Processing Times

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay deposits process instantly. IBFT transfers may take 15–60 minutes during banking hours. Card deposits take 1–5 minutes. If a deposit is not reflected in your balance after the expected processing window, contact pk999 support with your transaction ID.

Deposit Responsibility

pk999 does not accept funds that are proceeds of crime, fraud or any unlawful activity. By depositing on pk999, you confirm that all funds originate from legitimate sources. Depositing for the purpose of money laundering is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

7Withdrawals

Withdrawals from pk999 are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit. This policy exists to protect players from unauthorised cashouts. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for bank or card withdrawals.

Identity Verification at Withdrawal

First-time withdrawals require a one-time identity verification. You will be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot confirming ownership of your withdrawal account. This process typically takes under 30 minutes. All subsequent withdrawals from the same verified account proceed without this requirement.

Withdrawal Processing Times

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of approval. NayaPay and SadaPay within 10 minutes. IBFT bank transfers within 1–2 hours during banking hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank. pk999 charges zero withdrawal fees.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirement stated at the time the bonus was awarded. Real-money deposit balances are always withdrawable without any wagering condition. If you have both real-money and bonus balances, your real-money balance can be withdrawn at any time regardless of bonus status.

Forfeiture of Unclaimed Balances

pk999 reserves the right to close and forfeit the balance of inactive accounts after a period of 12 consecutive months of inactivity, with prior written notice sent to the registered email or phone number. Players who wish to reclaim a balance from a closed inactive account should contact support within the notice period.

8Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Each promotional offer specifies an eligible game list, wagering multiplier and expiry period — these are shown in the bonus terms before you opt in.
• pk999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated before they take effect for active bonuses.
• Abuse of any bonus offer — including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements — may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash directly. Only the winnings generated from bonus play, once wagering requirements are met, can be withdrawn.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for a bonus is the total real-money bet amount required before bonus-linked winnings become withdrawable. For example, a bonus of Rs 1,000 with a 20× wagering requirement means Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed. Different game types may contribute to wagering at different rates — typically slots at 100%, live casino at 20% and jackpot slots at 5%. Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on pk999 carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus balance and any associated winnings are forfeited. The expiry date and remaining time are visible in your active bonuses section at all times.

9Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on pk999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. This guarantees that all game outcomes are random and not influenced by any external factor, prior result or player account history.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, pk999 will investigate using server-side game logs. If a malfunction affected the outcome of a round, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player. pk999 is not liable for any consequential losses resulting from a game malfunction beyond the direct stake on the affected round.

Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, contact pk999 support within 72 hours with the game name, date, time and round ID (visible in your game history). pk999 will investigate using server logs and provide a written response within 5 business days. The outcome of this investigation is final.

Bet Limits

Each game on pk999 carries minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game, provider and player account tier. pk999 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Playing within stated limits is a condition of participation.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk999 and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and potential permanent closure:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any third-party programme to place bets or interact with the pk999 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation are void.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using VPNs, proxy services or other methods to disguise your location or bypass pk999 security systems.
• Creating or using multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Depositing funds on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using pk999 for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Attempting to reverse or charge back any legitimate deposit transaction.
• Engaging in any conduct that pk999 determines, at its sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform or other players.

11Account Closure

Closure by the Player

You can request closure of your pk999 account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat, WhatsApp or email. Upon closure request, any remaining real-money balance will be processed to your registered withdrawal method within the standard withdrawal window. Pending bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Closure by pk999

pk999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its reasonable discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, identity verification failure, chargebacks or breach of these terms. In most cases of first breach, a warning will be issued and an opportunity to respond provided before closure. Serious breaches — including fraud or money laundering — result in immediate closure without warning.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from pk999 for responsible gaming reasons can activate self-exclusion from the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. 15Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk999's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these terms — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk999 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or reputational damage. pk999 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from a player sharing their account credentials with another person.

16Amendments to These Terms

pk999 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk999 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via their registered contact details and/or via a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of pk999 following the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should stop using pk999 and request account closure. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Minor corrections — such as typographical fixes or clarifications that do not change the substance of the terms — may be made without prior notice. These will be reflected in the updated "Last Updated" date.
